Error Message: The Pay Range supplied is not valid for a support staff or teaching assistant Post
Resolution:
The staff member contract and post shows them as being a Teaching Assistant, however their Pay Range doesn't match DfE expectations. You need to review the pay scale:
- Go to Staff > All Staff > HR Admin > Payscales
- Click into the staff members payscale
- Review the pay range type - If this is correct, you need to review the staff member contract and position.
- If these are correct, submit a validation note alongside the unresolved query.
