Error 4120

Error 4120 occurs when a staff member's given name is missing or contains consecutive spaces. To resolve this, edit the staff member's profile, check the Legal and Preferred First Name for double spaces, and save the changes.

Error Message: Given Name is missing or has two or more consecutive spaces.
Resolution:

  1. Go to the staff members profile
  2. Click on the staff member name in the Identity section
  3. Click on the Edit button
  4. Review the Legal and Preferred First Name, making sure there aren't double spaces
  5. Click Save Changes
