Error Message: Person is not expected to have QTLS and be under 21 years of age on census day.
Resolution:
- Go to the staff profile
- Review staff members date of birth
- Review Qualifications and Checks
If you are happy with the staff members date of birth, their QLTS and that they are younger than 21 before census day then submit a validation note on collect.
