Error Message: Person cannot be shown as having HLTA status and be under 18 on census day
Resolution:
- Go to the staff profile
- Review staff member's date of birth
- Review Qualifcations and Checks
If you are happy with the staff members date of birth, their HLTA and that they are younger than 18 before census day then submit a validation note on collect.
