Error 4245 occurs when a person is incorrectly marked as having HLTA status while being under 18 on census day. To resolve this, check the staff member's date of birth and qualifications. If everything is correct, submit a validation note on collect.
Error Message: Person cannot be shown as having HLTA status and be under 18 on census day
Resolution:
- Go to the staff profile
- Review staff member's date of birth
- Review Qualifcations and Checks
If you are happy with the staff members date of birth, their HLTA and that they are younger than 18 before census day then submit a validation note on collect.
