Error 4375 occurs when a Contract/Service Agreement's end date is not at least 27 days after the start date. To resolve this, ensure that current contracts meet the duration requirement by removing the end date from the contract in the staff profile.
Error Message: Contract/Service Agreement end date must be at least 27 days after the start date.
Resolution:
Current Contracts/Service Agreements (those open on census reference day) must be included if the contract has lasted 28 days or is permanent or has a Contract End date 27 days or more after the Contract Start date. You will need to remove end date of the contract.
- Go to the staff profile
- Click on Contracts on the left
- Click on the End Date and remove it
