When to complete your Arbor Onboarding Training (Arbor Foundations Training)

When should I complete my Arbor Onboarding Training?

Your Arbor Foundations Training is available via the Arbor Training Hub, and will provide you with all the information you need to be able to successfully use your new Arbor MIS!

The training is broken down into courses for each of the key modules in Arbor, making it easy to book and attend.

Project Leads are enrolled in all courses listed below, whilst other staff at the school who register for the Training Hub will be enrolled in courses relevant to the Business Role they select.

Users have the freedom to choose which live sessions they want to attend and when from our schedule. The training is a mixture of live instructor lead training and e-learning content. You can see the schedule for our live training here

The Brand New Site Setup Course is made up of 7 modules plus additional tests of learning, which will show you how to set your blank Arbor site up if you don’t currently use an MIS.

This training and setup must be completed before Go Live.

How will I get access to recordings and resources?

The Arbor Foundation courses contain recordings and resources. Recordings can be downloaded and shared with colleagues, or be used to refer back to in the future if needed.
