Complete the information for the pay scale: name, effective date, end date, minimum salary and maximum salary.

However, if you aren’t using pay scales in Arbor you can still submit the census with the query. When uploading you will just need to provide an explanation.

For the example below, you can see that Leah has not been put on the right pay scale in the Contracts > Salary section of her staff profile. You'll need to change this to be linked to the right pay scale.
