The pupil has previous year's planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours but no previous year's planned learning hours.
For students who joined after the previous year’s autumn census, Arbor will not automatically calculate the total planned learning hours for the previous year based on learning aim enrolments.
The total planned learning hours for the previous year MUST be set against the student’s academic year enrolment; otherwise, no value is returned in the census.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to School > School Structure > Learning Aims.
- Click into the student's Learning Aim and then click into the relevant Learning Aim Instances.
- Click on a student's name and then click Edit.
- Input the Learning Hours and then click Save Changes.
