The pupil has previous year's planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours but no previous year's planned learning hours.
For students who joined after the previous year’s autumn census, Arbor will not automatically calculate the total planned learning hours for the previous year based on programme enrolments.
The total planned learning hours for the previous year MUST be set against the student’s academic year enrolment, otherwise no value will be returned in the census.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to School > School Structure > Programmes of Study.
- Click into the student's Programme of Study and then click into the relevant Programme Instances.
- Click on a student's name and then click Edit.
- Input the Learning Hours and then click Save Changes.
