How to Print Class Lists

This article explains how to print class lists and customize student data fields, including photos. It provides guidance on viewing student enrolments, downloading class lists, and printing lesson sheets in bulk from the timetable section.

There are a few different areas where you can print lists of students in particular classes. Unlike printing registers, these don't include attendance marks recorded or a space to log attendance for the class.

Permissions

One of the following permissions is needed to access the Lesson Timetable (List) page:

  • School: Teaching: View
  • Staff Profile: Calendar: Administer
  • Student Profile: Calendar: View All Students
  • Student Profile: Calendar: View My Students

If you don't have the permission, you'll need to ask your admin team to give you permission using these instructions.
