The sum of planned learning hours and the planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours should not be greater than 1,000 hours. Planned hours should reflect the planned hours for the academic year.
You might get this query if you've had students change courses a lot, as the hours will pull from all student programme enrolments this year (not just the currently active ones).
- You'll need to manually set the hours for these students: Planned learning and EEP hours
- Alternatively if the total hours are correct, you'll need to submit a validation note when submitting your census to COLLECT. In this case, you wouldn't be able to remove the query.
