Can we use Meal Menus for only certain Year Groups?

You might wish to give only parents of your Reception children the ability to choose the meals the students will have through the Parent Portal or app, but have teachers mark down meal choices during registration for other year groups.

Please note that this is only possible for year groups, not for other student groups.

To do this, you will need to:

• create one Meal for Reception and set up a Rotating Meal Menu. Make sure you only include Reception in the pricing and Attendees.
• have a separate Meal for the other year groups.
