Depending on the type of behaviour event being logged, you may be able to report on who logged the behaviour using the built-in reporting or CRW.
Behaviour Incidents
When logging a behaviour incident, the Staff involved field will will automatically add the staff member logging the incident. This can be changed to a different staff member. You can also choose which staff the incident should be assigned to.
On the Students > Behaviour > Incidents > Reporting page, you can see Staff involved and Assigned to. These can be updated.
When creating a report in the Custom Report Writer about Behaviour Incidents, you can report on Incident Reporter. This is the person who originally logged the incident and this cannot be changed.
Behaviour points
When logging behaviour points, the Awarded by Staff field will will automatically add the staff member logging the points. This can be changed to a different staff member.
On the Students > Behaviour > Point Awards > Recent page, you can click into the filters to display Awarded By and Awarded By Staff.
- Awarded by - This is the person who originally logged the points and this cannot be changed.
- Awarded By Staff - Called Staff in the column header, this field can be updated.
It is not possible to report on staff who logged behaviour points in the Custom Report Writer.
Other behaviour events
For all the behaviour events below, although you can select to Group by Awarded by and Created by in the filters, this will not show staff and events will be grouped all together.
Detentions
When logging a detention, the Issued by staff field will will automatically add the staff member logging the detention. This can be changed to a different staff member.
On the Students > Behaviour > Detentions > Report page, you can see Issued By. This can be updated.
It is not possible to report on staff who logged detentions in the Custom Report Writer.
Internal exclusions
When logging an internal exclusion, the Issued by field will will automatically add the staff member logging the internal exclusion. This can be changed to a different staff member.
This field cannot be amended after issuing, and cannot be reported on in the built-in pages or in the Custom Report Writer.
Suspensions
It is not possible to log which staff recorded a suspension, or to report on this information.
Permanent Exclusions
It is not possible to log which staff recorded a permanent exclusion, or to report on this information.
