No, Third-party companies such as catering services cannot access the payment information that is stored in your MIS site. If a company requires payment information, this should be collected manually and provided to the catering service.
To view and download payments data, go to School > Payments > Reconciliation > Card Payments > Stripe Payouts.
This page produces a table that shows your Stripe payouts. You can amend the filter at the top of the table to amend the date range of the collected information, and you can also search for payouts made to specific bank accounts.
Once you have filtered the results to show the payouts to the preferred bank account, you can click the Download button to generate a file containing this data. If you download this as an Excel document, you can then edit the table in Excel to only include the required data.
