There are missing payment accounts

If you set up a new Customer Account Type, you may have new students or staff that are missing an account. This happens if you didn't tick the Auto create student accounts or Auto create staff accounts boxes when setting up the account.

If there are missing accounts, please contact the Arbor Support Team if supported by Arbor, or your Support Partner if not supported by Arbor. We will then create these accounts for you.
