This article explains how to address missing payment accounts for new students or staff due to not enabling auto account creation during setup. It advises contacting Arbor Support or a Support Partner for assistance in creating these accounts.
If you set up a new Customer Account Type, you may have new students or staff that are missing an account. This happens if you didn't tick the Auto create student accounts or Auto create staff accounts boxes when setting up the account.
If there are missing accounts, please contact the Arbor Support Team if supported by Arbor and quote code 1023 or your Support Partner if not supported by Arbor. We will then create these accounts for you.
