Primary Onboarding Kick Off Call

To get you started on your Arbor onboarding journey, one of the first things you’ll need to do is book and attend your Arbor kick-off call.

Purpose of the call

You’ll join the Arbor onboarding team on a webinar alongside some other schools going through their Arbor onboarding journey too.

The onboarding team will go through the process of the move to Arbor in more detail, giving you information about what you’ll need to do over the next few weeks as you get ready for your new Arbor MIS to launch, for example, how to complete your pre-migration data checks and how to send Arbor your data to Arbor on your migration day.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session via Q&A.

The webinar will last approximately 40 minutes.

If you’d like to get ahead of the game, you take a look at Weeks 1-4 of your Arbor Onboarding Journey to see what you’ll be getting up to over the next few weeks.

Click here to view the available PM slots (2pm - 3pm)

You’ll be asked to fill in a form to give us some more information about you and your school, and once you’ve completed the form and booked onto the session you will receive a diary invite with a link to join the webinar on the date/time booked.

What to do if you miss the session

It’s really important that you book and attend a live kick-off call webinar if you can so that you have the opportunity to ask questions if you need to. You can book onto multiple different sessions or rebook if you have missed a kick-off call. You can also share the webinar details with your colleagues if you would also like them to attend.

If you have any questions or need a hand, please get in touch with your Arbor Onboarding Team. Click Contact Us in the top right of the Help Centre and select Onboarding, migration and moving to Arbor.
