This article provides guidance on how to address issues with Free School Meal (FSM) eligibility dates in Arbor. It outlines steps to check a student's FSM eligibility, remove FSM from a student's profile, and submit a validation note if the dates are correct.

Please check: The start date and end date are the same within a single Free School Meal period

Arbor Solution: You need to review if the students FSM eligibility, please contact your local LA who can advise on this. To remove FSM from Arbor:

1. Go to the student's profile
2. Scroll to the Background section
3. Click on the Free School Meal option
4. Click on the Edit button
5. Click on the Delete button

Please note the FSM option may say Not Currently Eligible, but click on it and scroll to the bottom of the slide over to see the Eligibility History.

To remove this follow steps 4 & 5. If the FSM Start and End date are correct you will need to submit a validation note to COLLECT
