Reporting on Medical Events
From the medical events page
To report on medical events, go to Students > Medical > Medical Events. Here you'll find a list of any Medical Events recorded in the current academic year.
You can use the search bar at the top of the page to find a keyword in the description, or download the report using the Download button.
Click on Change to:
- edit the start or end date.
- select specific student groups to report on here such as Year Groups or students with SEN
- select a specific Medical event type to filter the report to just look at certain event types such as first aid
From the Custom Report Writer
You can also report on Medical Events in Custom Report Writer. Go to School > Custom Report Writer and click to create a new report.
Add a Report title and select Medical Events in the list of what this report is regarding. This type of report will automatically select the start date and time, medical event type, recorded by and recorded on. You can also select information relating to the student such as their registration form or any key demographics.
You can add a filter to your report to only look at certain event types for example. This will help reduce the report by pulling in any first aid events. A year group filter could also be added to create separate reports for heads of year.
You can read more about creating custom reports here.
