Programme Management
Our Programme team are responsible for the rollout of Arbor across your MAT. They will ensure your central team and key stakeholders have all the right information about your move to Arbor. Your key contact will fully support you with what will be a whole organisational change, impacting positively on the way schools and trusts work together.
- Be your Single Point of Contact
- Kick off & Discovery sessions to build a full onboarding plan and tailor your Arbor rollout to your needs & priorities
- Works with you to set achievable objectives with Arbor, tracked with regular progress meetings
- Coordinates your schools’ data migration
- Recommends and manages the right training for your staff on Arbor
- Provide regular reports on school progress
- End of onboarding Programme review to review impact

They'll be your dedicated partner, working with you to transform how your schools operate in the long-term and ensure you get the most out of Arbor.
