Step 1 - Check the school details 

1. Go to School > School Details
2. Review the School phase recorded here.
3. If this is correct, you'll need to provide a reason for this in COLLECT that explains your school's situation. You wouldn't be able to resolve the query.

Step 2 - Check your year groups

You may have a year group set up on your site with no pupils enrolled into it, for example, if you are a new school and are staggering your intake of year groups, or if your school is due to close. 

• If this Year Group should not be there, go to Students > Enrolment > Year Groups. Click into it and delete it.
• If this is correct, you'll need to provide a reason for this in COLLECT that explains your school's situation. You wouldn't be able to resolve the query.
