When error 2724 flags in COLLECT, this means that the Qualification Award for the Programme of Study has been added incorrectly.
- Go to School > School Structure > Programmes of Study
- Select the programme and programme instance the student is enrolled into.
- Click into the Linked Qualification Award
- Check whether you have linked it to an award from the exam section, or if you have given a placeholder.
If you have given a placeholder qualification award reference, ensure this is in the correct format. For example, 603/205/11 would cause the error, but 60320511 wouldn’t.
