When error 2724 flags in COLLECT, this means that the student has had Programmes of Study marked as a Core Aim incorrectly.
If a student is only doing academic programmes (e.g. A levels), then they should not have any programmes marked as their Core Aim.
To fix this, go to the Enrolment section of the student's profile. Make sure all the programmes here are not ticked as Core Aim.
