Error 2705 indicates that programme aims are only necessary for schools with 6th forms. Schools with post-16 students from the previous year can submit their census despite this error, as long as a validation note is included in the COLLECT submission.

If your school had a post-16 (Year 12, Year 13 or beyond) last year, the DfE will accept submission of your census with this error outstanding, providing you add a validation note when submitting to COLLECT.
