Programme aim learning planned end date must be on or before the 31st July of the academic year the learner is due to finish. The planned end date must not fall in the month of August.
To add the correct planned end date, follow these steps:
- Go to either Students > Enrolment > Academic > Programmes or Students > All Students > Bulk Update Programmes of Study > Students.
- Click the Programme that has the incorrect programme aim planned end date and then click into the relevant instance.
- Tick the boxes next to the names of the students who need the planned end dates changed.
- Input a planned end date on or before 31st July of the academic year and click Bulk Complete to save.
