Placement information should be returned for pupils who are single-registered (those with an enrolment status of ‘C’, ‘F’ or ‘O’.
This error will only flag for schools that are PRUs. At PRU schools, students recorded as Single Registration need an Alternative Provision Reason recorded.
To resolve this, go to the Enrolment section of the student's profile. Click on the enrolment into the school (the section at the top) and click Edit. Add an Alternative Provision Reason.
Save the changes and regenerate your census - the error should then be cleared.
