This article explains how to customize staff names and roles on report cards in Arbor. Users can change the format of names to initials or hide first names using Custom Report Cards. However, certain roles like Head of Year cannot be altered in standard report cards. Custom Report Cards allow for more flexibility in displaying staff roles and names.
You may wish to change the format of a staff members name on a report card, for example to hide their first name but keep their full surname or to show only their initials.

This would then appear in the report card like so:
Removing staff
It isn't possible to remove a role from a default report card, such as the Head of Year or Head of House.
