What happens to the attendance marks recorded for a club when participation is cancelled depends on the type of club.
Standard Clubs
For standard clubs, you can see attendance on the student profile, in Attendance > Marks (By Date) > Lesson by Lesson tab, but they don't contribute towards Statutory/Roll Call Attendance.
When you remove a student from a session by cancelling their membership, they will be removed from the session.
However, their attendance won't be deleted. They are not counted as redundant marks, but they will still contribute towards club attendance figures.
If you wish to delete the attendance, click into the date on the student's profile, in in Attendance > Marks (By Date) > Lesson by Lesson tab. Click on the club.
Click the X next to the attendance mark to delete it, then click Save Changes.
Wraparound Care Clubs
For Wraparound Care clubs, you won't see attendance marks on the student profile.
When you remove a student from a session, they will be removed from the session register and the list of students. Any attendance mark recorded for them will be deleted.
For example, a student is signed up to a club session, and attendance was taken.
They are then removed from the session, and their attendance for that session is deleted. It won't appear as redundant marks or contribute towards club attendance figures.
