The Arbor Training Hub is your go-to place for your Arbor training.
Accessing the Arbor Training Hub
Access the Arbor Training Hub and activate your account
- If you have already activated your account: click here to access the Arbor Training Hub and book your sessions.
- If you have not activated your account yet, search for an email from no-reply@northpass.com, with the subject 'You've been invited to the Arbor Training Hub!'. After activating your account, it can take some further time for courses to sync over and become available - normally this is around 24 hours, but it depends on the exact timings of when the account was created and activated.
- If you have not received an email, contact your Onboarding Team.
Note You may need to whitelist the domain to access the system. Click here for more information.
Activating Your Account
- From within your email, click “Activate Account”
- You’ll then be redirected to create your profile, see the screenshot below:
- Hit Save Profile, you can now access the Training Hub!
- From the Home page navigate around the Arbor Training Hub and start to complete your training.
Logging into the Hub if you are the Arbor Project Lead when onboarding begins
If you are the Project Lead for your school, we will create you an account on the Arbor Training Hub, with access starting when your onboarding begins.
How can other staff at your school access the Arbor Training Hub when onboarding begins?
At the start of your onboarding, the Project Lead at your school will be sent a survey where they will out user details for the Training Hub, as well as any nominated Leads (for example, Behaviour and Asessment Leads).

Overview of The Arbor Training Hub
Dashboard
The dashboard gives you an overview of everything you need to know about your Training. You can see the Learning Paths that you are a part of, all of the training courses you are enrolled in, and a calendar for any events that you have coming up.
Booking your training via The Arbor Hub
Arbor Foundations (Onboarding Training)
The Arbor Foundations training covers individual modules in Arbor, such as "Attendance" or "Student Profiles & Enrolment". You'll need to complete any sessions relevant to your role to use Arbor effectively when you Go Live!
Training courses are e-learning so they are self paced and can be completed in your own time/at a pace that suits you.
We do also host optional drop in clinics, where you can join and ask a member of the Customer Education Team a question about any of the training you have completed.
1-1 Training (Behaviour, Assessments, Bespoke)
You can book your 1-1 sessions (for example, Assessments, Behaviour or any Bespoke training sessions) in the relevant courses on The Arbor Training Hub. If you have already purchased a service, the course will display on your Dashboard, or as part of a Learning Path.

Important Note
Your Onboarding journey is designed to focus on foundation modules mainly, but we do understand schools might have important reasons to start other modules from go-live, please bear in mind:
- if you have not marked the bespoke modules as a priority on the onboarding survey
- or have not notified your account manager for secondary schools or onboarding team for primaries
- or you are not part of MAT module roll for bespoke modules
Your nominated users will be enrolled onto bespoke session on a Go-live date only.
