Arbor AI Features

Personalisation

You can personalise Arbor AI's responses to fit the unique characteristics of you and your school. Every time Arbor AI generates something for you, it will take this context into consideration.

Arbor AI allows you to personalise the following:

Context about your school

You can provide additional context about your school, such as school focus and expectations.

An example would be: We have a strong focus on behaviour and always doing your best; this should be referenced where possible. Students are expected to have at least 97% attendance, and we do not tolerate term-time holidays.

To do this, navigate to: School -> Arbor AI -> Personalisation -> Additional School Context

Arbor AI's tone of voice and communication style

You can tell Arbor AI what kind of tone or voice you want to use in it's responses. This is particularly useful when you're using the Suggest Comms feature.

An example of the tone guide would be: Be professional and friendly. Always use simple language, but be encouraging.

To do this, navigate to: School -> Arbor AI -> Personalisation -> Tone Guide

Context that's specific to you

You can provide Arbor AI with information about yourself, your role, or any other additional context that you would like it to consider when responding to you. This is particularly useful if you want to make Arbor AI aware of pastoral groups or classes that you teach. You can even make Arbor AI respond to you in a different language.

An example of specific content would be: I teach Year 6. Please respond to me in English and Welsh.
