To help you successfully navigate your onboarding, you'll have access to a robust set of tools and resources designed to guide you through every step, from data migration and training to preparing for your go-live.
This guide provides an overview of the key tools available to you throughout onboarding, and how to make the most out of them.
The Arbor Training Hub
Your go-to platform for comprehensive learning. This is where you'll complete your Arbor Foundation Training, ensuring you hit the ground running with the basics from day one.
You'll gain access to the Arbor Training Hub during your first week of onboarding. Your school's project lead will receive a survey to nominate key team members for accounts.
The Training Hub offers a variety of learning options, including live sessions you can book, e-learning modules, and pre-recorded resources. If you have purchased any bespoke training, that will also be available here.
For help with navigating the Training Hub, please click here.
Note: Teachers typically don't need access to the Training Hub, they can complete teacher essentials via the Help Centre. If you require additional staff to be enrolled in the training, you must complete and send back the survey in the email titled 'Get started with your Arbor training'.
The Arbor Help Centre
You've already found your way to the Help Centre - have a look around and explore everything it has to offer! Think of this as your go-to resource, packed with articles, videos, and webinars designed to help you learn about every aspect of Arbor.
It provides immediate answers to your 'how-to' questions and is available 24/7. It's perfect for ongoing training and quick problem-solving whenever you need it.

Sunnyville is a generic test site designed for you to freely explore Arbor and practice alongside your training. If you are a Secondary school, It's a useful tool before you gain access to your school's dummy site, or before you share that dummy site with your wider team. Please remember this is a shared site, so avoid entering any real information. Login details for Sunnyville will be provided in the 'Key Documents' tab of your Onboarding Workbook.
Your Arbor Dummy Site
If you are a Secondary school, as part of your 12-week onboarding, we'll carry out one dummy migration, giving you access to your Arbor Dummy Site. This site is an Arbor site populated with your school's data, offering a dedicated environment for practice and preparation.
