What training and support is available for secondary schools after Go Live?

This article is designed for Schools who have recently gone Live on Arbor and completed their onboarding.

It is important that you and your team are aware of the help and support available once you have access to your live Arbor site. We have various tools to be able to support you with this!

Training Tools

Arbor Foundations Training

You should focus on completing any outstanding Foundation Training that was not a priority for your Go-Live within the Arbor Training Hub.

It is important to keep the momentum going to complete your training which will ensure you get the best use out of your new MIS - you may even identify more efficient ways of using your new MIS and features you are not aware of just yet!

Take a look at our When To Complete Your Training guide for a breakdown of the courses in each learning path.

Your Foundation Training is accessible on the Training Hub for a full year from your onboarding start date. This is a fantastic resource for refreshing your knowledge or training new staff members throughout the year.

Bespoke Training & Modules

If you have any outstanding Bespoke Training (e.g., Behaviour or Assessments), please remember to book these sessions well in advance before you are looking at using those areas in Arbor to ensure you have a guaranteed slot as these can be taken quickly.

You will also still have access to your Spaces account to access and utilise your Bespoke Modules success plan:

See our guidance here which identifies how to manage your bespoke module roll out plan.

Help Centre and Webinars:

Ensure all your team are familiar with our Arbor Help Centre for continuous support and professional development, this will really help them with finding quick answers to any questions when using your Arbor site and finding new information and features that are available.
