How do I sign up?
- Log into Arbor HQ by going to this link: https://arbor-hq.circle.so/
- Go to Arbor Meetups and Events from the left-hand menu.
- Select the event to sign up for.
- Click RSVP to book your place.
We'll send you an email to confirm your registration. This will be sent to the email address you use to log into Arbor HQ.
You can also add the event to your calendar.

Block some time out in your calendar, grab yourself a pair of headphones and head to a quiet space where you'll be able to focus.
How do I join?
We'll send you a reminder 25 minutes before the session to the email address associated with your Arbor HQ account.
Click the link in this email to join the live session.
What happens during the webinar?
Take a look at our Platform's guidance on what you can do during the webinar: How can I participate in the live stream as a member?
We cover a large amount of information during the session and don't want you to miss anything! Because of this, we don't recommend taking detailed notes during the session.
The host will show you during the session where you can access step-by-step instructions of the processes. You can also watch the recording back to play and pause it at your own speed to take notes.

Why can't I join the session?
Please ensure you have RSVP'd to the event and also whitelisted the domains as shown above. Your IT team can help you with this!
If you're struggling to connect to the webinar or your screen freezes, please refresh your page. This solves the majority of issues.
If you're still struggling, get in touch at community@arbor-education.com only - our standard Support Team will not be able to support with Arbor HQ.
Can you send me the recording?
We won't be able to send you the recording of the session but it will be posted in the Resources area of Arbor HQ within 24 hours.
If you miss the session or need to jump off part-way through, you can also watch the recording back.
