This guide details the training reports available on Spaces and how to access/use them.
Training Hub Users
On the Spaces Dashboard, there is a section called 'Users Setup for Training'. This details which staff members have a Training Hub account and whether they have activated the account or not:
To add more users, please contact your Onboarding Manager who will be able to send out a survey to give more staff access to the Training Hub.
Course Progress
Course Progress details what courses have been started/completed on the Training Hub and by whom:
Live Training Event Attendance
Live training details the booking of live webinars by staff. This will show
- Pending - Booked but not yet happened
- Attended - Attended the webinar
- Not Attended - Did not attend the booked webinar
Training Purchased (Additional to Foundations)
Training purchased details any bespoke training that has been purchased outside of the standard Foundation training. This could include Behaviour, Assessment, Parental Engagement etc.
