See a summary of attendance and behaviour for My Departments and subjects

If you’re a Head of Department (click here to see how to set up departments and assign someone as the head), you can see a summary of attendance and behaviour for your department. 

My Departments help you get a summary of the students and staff in your department, see the behaviour events and attendance in your department and compare this to whole-school averages. Just go to My Items > My Departments and select the department to view.

Overview

On the Overview page, you'll be able to see the classes and staff in your department.

You can click a staff member or a linked course to view more information.

Attendance

On the Attendance page, you'll be able to see the percentage of present lesson marks for your department over time.

Use the filter bar at the top of the page to select different student groups or demographics to compare. 

Behaviour

On the Behaviour page, you'll be able to see all behaviour linked to that department.
