No, once parents have booked their child for a membership period, you won't be able to change the date range.
To resolve this, you'll need to cancel the club membership(s) and refund any partial payments the parent or guardian has made. Read more about cancelling and refunding club memberships here.
Then you will need to create the membership periods again. You can see how to do this here. And then you can re-add any students using the new club membership.
