Yes! If you've already got a club up and running and you've realised it needs to end sooner than you thought, you can amend the club dates by following the below steps.
This also applies to if you need to amend any membership periods or session details once students have signed up.
Cancel the club memberships
Cancel the club memberships, following this guidance for standard clubs, and refund any partial payments the parent or guardian has made. Cancelling memberships doesn't remove attendance already taken, so anything collected would still exist for the students.
Amend the Membership Periods
Once you've removed any memberships that go past your desired end date, you can amend the membership periods for the club by scrolling down to Membership Periods and Prices, clicking on any, clicking the orange Edit button, and then amending the Available To date, and Period, if required, and clicking Save Changes.
Amend the Sessions
Then, you can amend the Sessions by clicking on them, clicking Edit and then amending the End Date, and clicking Save Changes.
Re-add the student club memberships
If you want to keep the club going between now and the new end date, you'd need to re-add the student memberships, using the new memberships for the correct dates, following this guidance.
