To get you started on your Arbor onboarding journey, one of the first things you’ll need to do is join a Kick Off Webinar.
Purpose of the Kick Off Webinar
A member of the Arbor onboarding team will cover the process of the move to Arbor, giving you information about what you’ll need to do over the next few weeks as you get ready for your new Arbor MIS to launch, for example, how to complete your pre-migration data checks and how to send Arbor your data to Arbor on your migration day.
Members of the onboarding team will be on hand to answer questions via the Q&A function in Zoom as you watch the presentation.

How to join the Kick Off Webinar
A link to register for a session will be sent to you in week 1 of your onboarding journey - if you haven't received this please do not hesitate to get in touch with the onboarding team.
Your Week 1 email will also include a recording of the presentation and a copy of the slides for you to download in case you can't attend a Webinar!
