Error 2975 occurs when the number of weeks for regular childcare provision is missing or not within the range of 1 to 15. To resolve this, navigate to School Details and check the Child Care Places section to ensure the number of weeks is correctly set.

- Go to School > School Details
- Scroll to the Child Care Places section
- In the slide over, review the number of weeks provided - they need to be between 1 and 15.
