Error 2290

Error 2290 occurs due to an invalid Exclusion start date. To resolve this, check the student's profile, navigate to the Behaviour section, and review the recorded exclusions against the validation rule dates.

This error will show because the Exclusion start date is invalid.

Arbor Solution:

  1. Go to the student's profile
  2. Click on Behaviour on the left
  3. Click on the tab for Exclusions
  4. Review the exclusions recorded for the student

Please refer to the dates listed in the Validation rule.
