Error 2400 occurs when only address line 1 is filled without additional address lines. To resolve this, access the student's profile, navigate to the Student Contact Details, and edit the Home Address to ensure all necessary information is included.
Where address line 1 is present, at least one other address line must also be present.
Arbor Solution:
- Go to the student's profile
- Scroll to the Student Contact Details section
- Click on the Home Address
- In the slide over click on the option for Correct Mistake or Delete Address
- Review the address making sure all information needed is provided
