This article provides a solution for resolving Error 400 related to the age settings for female students in Arbor. It guides users to check and correct the age information in the Special School Details section and explains how to handle schools that are male or female only by clearing the minimum and maximum age fields.
The approved maximum age (girls) must be equal to or greater than the minimum
Arbor Solution:
- Go to School > School Details
- Scroll to the Special School Details section
- Make sure all information has been filled out and that female age is correct
If your school is Male or Female only, you can resolve this by removing any value in the min. and max. field.
This will leave an Arbor Validation, which you won't be able to remove. You'll need to submit a validation note alongside your census when submitting.
