Error 610 occurs when the number of overall appeals upheld is less than the number of infant appeals upheld. To resolve this, check the School Census and ensure that the number of Infant Admission Appeals is not higher than the number of Primary Admission Appeals.

- Go to the School Census
- Click on Admission Appeals on the left
- Please make sure all Infant Admission Appeals aren't higher then Primary Admission Appeals
