Error 1100 indicates a class with no assigned staff. To resolve this, check the Census and ensure all classes have at least one teacher assigned, adhering to specific limits based on school type.

The value should be lower than 6 for Primary/All Through schools, and lower than 5 for Middle-deemed Primary or Secondary schools.
