This article provides instructions for addressing the issue of missing support staff reports in classes. It guides users to check the Census, ensure each class has a support staff value, and save the changes. If no support staff is needed, a validation note should be added when submitting the census.

Please check: No support staff reported for any class.

It is expected that at least one of your classes has a member of Support Staff.

  1. Go to the Census.
  2. Click on Classes on the left-hand menu.
  3. Ensure that all classes have a value for support staff - click on the class and add a number for the number of support staff.
  4. Save and regenerate your census.

If none of your classes should have support staff, please add a validation note when submitting your census to COLLECT.
