To add new students to report cards, delete the existing report cards for the student group and then re-add the group. This process generates a report card for the new student without affecting existing data for other students.
If a new student has joined since the report cards were created they won't have been automatically added to the list.
To refresh the report cards to generate a report card for them:
1. Click into the student group
2. Click the Delete Report Cards button.
3.Click +Add to add the student group back in. This will create a report card for the new student.
Don't worry - this won't remove any information that teachers have already added to other children's report cards.
