Reporting on attendance of your Analyse School Performance (ASP) groups

This article provides guidance on using the out-of-the-box report to analyze attendance for key Analyse School Performance (ASP) groups, including steps to create a report and view statutory attendance and suspensions.

You can use our out-of-the-box report to analyse attendance for your key ASP groups.

1. Go to School > Custom Report Writer

2. Click to create a new report.

3. Click the drop-down list to select the Attendance of ASP Groups report template

4. Click the Create Report from Template button.

5. Select the date range to include students from

6. Check the report columns.

If you don't want to add any further columns, click Skip setup Wizard.

You can then see statutory attendance for your key student groups this term, and suspensions this year.
