To see a report of student's present, absent and late attendance this year and last year, use our report template.
Click the link at the bottom of this article to download the report template. Do not open the template. You can then import it into your site by following these instructions: Importing a report
How do I see this by year group, reg form or other student group?
Click Edit, add a grouping for Year group or another student group, then click Add Grouping.
You can then save and view your report.
How do I change this to a termly report?
Click Edit and click into the columns. Change the date from this year/last year to this term/last term.
