To get you started on your Arbor onboarding journey, one of the first things you’ll need to do is watch your ‘Welcome to Arbor Onboarding’ video. This will also be provided to you in your 1st email sent by our onboarding team.
Purpose of the video
You will join the Arbor onboarding team on a pre-recorded video who will go through the process of the move to Arbor in more detail, giving you information about what you will need to do over the next few weeks as you get ready for your new Arbor MIS to launch, for example, how to access your Site Setup Training, what support is available and more about your Implementation Workbook.
The recording lasts approximately 30 minutes.
We recommend your Project Lead watches this recording along with any of your Arbor Champions (those who will be supporting and getting involved with the project during the run-up to going live and taking attendance for the first time).
