Only previous year's planned hours and attainment data is required for a pupil who left during the previous term.
This error has occurred because the students have an enrolment into your school in the current academic year, but were unenrolled before any classes took place.
You'll need to change the leaving dates for your students flagging the error to be in the previous academic year: Editing a student's leaving date
Then regenerate your census.
