Learning hours for the previous academic year should not be greater than 1,000 hours.

- If the student has moved between programmes before the cut-off date, you may not be required to record hours for their first programme.
- If the hours are correct, please submit a validation note on submission of your census.
Also make sure that the student only has one enrolment into your school from the Enrolments section of their student profile.
