Error 2894 occurs when an incorrect end date is provided for a continuing learning aim. If the student is continuing, remove the end date in the learning aim instance. If not, follow the appropriate procedures for ending the learning aim. For transfers, delete the current enrolment before transferring.
Learning aim actual end date has been incorrectly provided for a learning aim which is continuing.
If the student is continuing
- Go to School > School Structure > Learning Aims and select the learning aim and learning aim instance.
- Click the student's name you want to amend and click Edit in the slide over.
- Remove the End Date then click Save Changes.
If the student is not continuing

Top Tip: If you need to mark them as transferred but they are already added to the new learning aim, delete the student’s enrolment into their current learning aim, then transfer them from the first learning aim.
